Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.

To start a return, email us at alibahzan@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale, including:

• Personalized or custom items

• Clearance or sale items

• Damaged items caused by misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different item or replacement, contact us at alibahzan@hotmail.com  and we’ll assist with an exchange when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
